Demand of players association to restructure Nepali football
The players association of All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has demanded to restructure football saying that development is not possible with the current structure of football.
The players' union congratulated the newly elected executive committee of ANFA and submitted a 5-point attention letter to the leadership with a demand to restore football. In which, it has been demanded from football restructuring to organize ANFA's competition calendar.
"As the current structure of football does not allow for the development of players and the game, the ANFA leadership has been requested to change the structure of domestic football and prepare a new blueprint and implement it."
Similarly, the players' association has expressed confidence that it will move forward by working hand in hand with the new leadership and working committee of ANFA, the apex body of Nepali football.
It said that it is ready to cooperate with ANFA in every football activity to maintain the same proud history in the future and to fly the country's flag in the international arena.
The latest decision of ANFA to respectfully recall the players to the closed training of the national team has been welcomed by the players' association saying that the activities and actions of the players are not satisfactory and the recent behavior of the head coach of devaluing the contribution of the players is not satisfactory and the latest behavior of the head coach to remove the players from the closed training of the national team has shocked the entire football players world.
These are the demands of the players' union
1. In order to keep the players busy throughout the year, it is requested to publicize the competition calendar of ANFA according to the regular schedule.
2. As the development of players and the game is not possible with the current structure of football, the ANFA leadership is requested to restructure the structure of domestic football and prepare a new blueprint and implement it.
3. It is requested that you make proper arrangements for health insurance and medical treatment of the players.
4. Regarding the player-coach dispute, based on the suggestions given by the investigation committee formed by ANFA, we request to proceed with the matter of the coach.
5. In recent times, the trend of players going abroad in search of opportunities has increased, which has been taken by the players' association. Due to the increase in the number of players going abroad due to the absence of domestic competitions, we request ANFA to publicize the club football program as soon as possible.
